Tune BB Cup Removal

Fitted a set of Tune BB Cups in my ITA Thread BB last year for my Overtorque crank with 30mm spindle.

Tried to remove them and the Tune Tool is impossible to keep in the slots and exert decent pressure. My LBS failed as well with the tool.




So, tried another approach and used one of these:



Slowly increased the pressure and both cups release nice and smoothly (of course both anti-clockwise as it's ITA thread...)

Just a tip in case you're struggling.
