Make make of 28mm? Some are bigger than others.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Ok, lets say Conti GP4000 SII.

It'll be very, very tight at the back if it does. It also depends on the rim width I think? Is there a specific reason you want 28s on there?0

Look at how much space you have now, is there room for something bigger? If so then yes.0

Allow space for grit until it falls off.The Wife complained for months about the empty pot of bike oil on the hall stand; so I replaced it with a full one.0

probably no. one of my club mates runs 23 (conti's) and they gave up with 25's as conti's come up big and he had a number of issues with them.0

file down the drop outs so the wheel sits further back0
