Instant Drive 360 freehub body swap. How do I do it?

The instructions are useless. There are no vids on YouTube. Is it just a case of pull on the freehub body like you've never pulled before and the thing pops off? I know DT Swiss and Vittoria have a similar idea (minus the 40 tooth ratchet) and they were dead easy to swap - but the hub on my Ksyriums is not budging!

    Bench vice... two pieces of wood, squeeze the freehub and pull the wheel.... it typically works with stubborn freehubs
