This exactly. You need to expend more than you take in. Eat sensibly and exercise. You can diet on a restricted intake, but you'll get bored and go back to your old ways eventually.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0 -

That basically says eat less, exercise more. It offers more advice on how to stick to it admittedly but that is largely what it says0
