Hi, after some advice please. Bought a whyte whitechapel at my LBS for full retail price on finance 3 weeks ago. Since getting it I've realised it's a 2016 model.
Contacted LBS and they've offered me a £100 credit note. I want to exchange my bike for a 2018 version but they are refusing because it's now a used bike. Does anyone know where I stand legally?
