Question About Repairing Carbon Spokes

Cheers - I am considering buying a used Mavic Cosmic Carbone Ultimate wheel set. The very low price attached to them makes them very tempting even with the damage on them. I am generally pretty handy with things, and feel if I study the matter sufficiently that the damage looks repairable. The seller says the damaged wheel is 100% true, and the seller has a 100% positive rating. I have a set of lightbicycle.com carbon wheels. But that is the full extent of my experience with carbon wheels.....so not very extensive at all. Does this damage seem repairable? Or is the wheel set not worth looking into.

Walk away. While you still can.
I'm glad I opened the thread. Thanks for the feedback.
Contact Jure at Berk Composites. He does a lot of repairs of Lightweight wheels which are all carbon spokes. If you want to check out his credentials look on the weightweenies forum.
The only thing is that he can be quite slow to reply so the auction may be over by the time you hear back and it's not cheap (£200), but he is based in Europe (Slovakia I think).
Well that's going to end well.

This is one of the silliest threads I've come across.
Recognition at last Matthew, well done!, a justified honour
I live in Beijing. So by the time I get them shipped to Europe and then here, or from the states to Beijing, then back to Europe, then back to Beijing....you get the picture.
Well stud. There is a thing called 'learning'. That's all part of why the post is here. Are you tracking now sunshine?
This site has a lot of well written and very helpful articles. But there are also a lot of gaslighting ***holes (such as yourself for example). Have fun being a miserable censored on the internet.
jeez
Less of the insults pal. You asked the question and if you don't like the answers then tough luck.
Good post
MF I think you've touched a nerve
OP if you are wise you will avoid these wheels.
If not, and are desperately trying to save some pennies, you could try fixing them with selotape and then feedback how the repair goes... to your teeth following the inevitable faceplant.
