stem choice with Zipp SL-70 Aero bars (Giant Connect Bars)

I have bought these: https://www.zipp.com/bars/sl-70-aero which have a 70mm reach which I will be updating with this https://www.zipp.com/stems/service-course-sl-stem/
However I am replacing my standard Giant connect bars and stem. I currently have a 100mm stem and the bars for the life of me I cant find the reach.
But they have more reach than the zipps. Watching this https://youtu.be/ZJALTWoFNlg?t=7m20s suggests I should have something around the 120mm mark...
Anyone had any experience changing over the standard Giant bars with smaller reach ones?
