New Valve For Prime Carbon Wheel - Help

Hi
I have a set of Prime Carbon Disc wheels 38mm deep (see link below). They are set up for tubeless and the valves that came with the wheels were used. One of the ends of the valve snapped off when I was filling with air using the track pump, so I took it to get it fixed at a very (supposedly) reputable shop in Bristol as I didn’t have a compressor and had issues initially seating the tyre.
They subsequently threw out my valve, couldn’t find it and tried stans and an orange seal one which didn’t work. I had my wheel back and then took it to another shop to see if they had a valve that was suitable. I now have one, but it is so small that I cannot reinflate it and there aren’t any bigger sizes.
Any suggestions as to what would be a decent valve that works and will hold pressure when tubeless (with any links if possible) would be greatly appreciated?
Many thanks

Constantly trying to upgrade my parts. It is a long road ahead as things are so expensive for little gain. n+1 is always the principle in my mind.

I've had tubeless valves but they haven't worked (not sat well in the recess within the rim). Just wondering if anyone has experience of sourcing valves for these wheels or whether there are any replacements as I can't find any.Constantly trying to upgrade my parts. It is a long road ahead as things are so expensive for little gain. n+1 is always the principle in my mind.0

I don't use the Prime wheels as Tubeless, but the Mavics that I have have tubeless tyres fitted. I bought a set of the Mavic 57mm tubeless valves, but there are a range of them. One might have the rim bed fitting that you want. I'll check later the package that came with the Prime wheels and see if it is similar valve.

I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that the prime rims were very similar to Hunt. I don’t know the accuracy of this, but you could take a look at those guys. They have a 50mm tubeless in their range.0

Might be worth contacting CRC customer services and seeing if they could send out a replacement. You don’t ask you don’t get!0

Having checked the tubeless valves that came with my wife's RR38s, they're different to the Mavic ones.

The ones that came with the wheels are these from the Lifeline range.

Try a set of the milkit valves. Should fit any wheel set. They make checking and refilling tyres with sealant much easier. Come In various lengths.0 -
I still have the tubeless valves from my Prime RR-50 wheels (I use them with tubes).
You are welcome to them if they fit - I guess they are likely to have the right rim bed fitting, but will be a little longer.
