Fulcrum Racing 4,5,6 Wheels and 6 Bolt Discs

Noobish question, looking to get some new wheels for the N+1 bike (Alloy Synapse 105 2017)

The Fulcrums above tick the boxes. Question can I get away with 6 Bolt adaptors or do I need to also get new centre lock discs for this? Thanks in advance for any assistance

The current front wheel with disc, weighs 1.6kg, so guessing any of these wheels is going to give ~400-500g saving per wheel
