Bontrager Circuit Road shoe?? £100 down to £31

Any experience or thoughts on these for £31?

After some new winter road shoes (cheaper and fine to trash rather than being warm) and quite keen on not having a ratchet so a boa for that little seems cheap, unless they're rubbish.
