brake pad recommendations

So, originally had a set of sintered Uberbike pads on my Stumpie, they were excellent in all conditions and lasted ages. when replacement time eventually came I got the same again. The replacements were correctly fitted and bedded in, but only lasted for one, 25 mile (wet & muddy) ride. the only obvious difference was that the originals had bronze coloured backplate whereas the newer ones were yellow. Did Uberbike change something?
Has anyone else experienced this?
More importantly, does anyone have a recommendation for decent sintered pads to fit Elixir Trail 7 calipers?
TIA
Stu

strange as sintered are normally bronze colour, kevlar are orange and semi metallic is like a dark grey colour and race matrix white.

Don't Uberbike still make pads for them brakes?

you sure the replacement pads were sintered as cant be if only lasted 25miles metal would last much longer.
