hi there, it's Aldi bike time of year again so I went mental and got loads of bike stuff along with my bananas and steak.

Disclaimer: I'm probably being stupid. Ok disclaimer out of the way - I just shelled out £4.99 of my hard-earned cash on an Aldi "Bikemate mini air pump", which apparently fits "Schrader, dunlop or Sclaverand" valves. I think Sclaverand is the same as Presta. https://www.aldi.co.uk/bikemate-mini-bi ... 0205419800

Anyway, it seems pre-prepared to fit a shrader valve, but I can't seem to modify the damn thing to fit presta. What am I doing wrong?

I will accept abuse and sarcasm as long as it comes with the right answer.

cheers

The 'nozzle' looks like it is in 2 parts. Can you unscrew the end piece?

    Google gives.

The Presta valve (also called Sclaverand valve or French valve) is a valve commonly found in high pressure road style and some mountain bicycle inner tubes.
