Wahoo Elemnt Bolt Query

I was out for a ride today and my Wahoo Elemnt Bolt died very close to my house. Did a 60km ride but for some reason the Bolt app on my phone is only picking up 27km of the ride, but on the display of the Bolt it is saying I did 60km... Any ideas how I can pull this information through to the app?
I've tried unpairing and then re-pairing. I've tried e-mailing the .fit file to myself but it comes up blank.
Any suggestions? Thanks for reading.

Open the app to allow the phone to connect.
Then just leave it open (make sure your phone has WiFi or data on) and it will upload.
Some rides can take a bit longer to upload the data and if you try to access it before it's complete it will only show the data it has uploaded at that point (so in your case it was about half way through the upload).0 -
Thanks for the reply, but I'm not sure that'll work unfortunately. The app thinks I've done the 27km ride and won't update to the 60km ride that's showing on the Bolt itself. Have had the app open for a while today while connected to wifi trying to sort it but to no avail0

That's strange.
I'm not sure if you can upload a .fit file back in to the wahoo app.
You could try contacting their CS but it might be a bit overkill tbh unless it was an amazing ride or something. In which case just upload the .fit file to training peaks (or equivalent app).
If you find the file is corrupt you can try to repair it through this

In the app where you can see the 27km result you should be able to pull down to force a refresh of the rides, this happened to my other half over the weekend. Her phone ran out of battery half way so the ride on the bolt was complete but the phone showed only half the ride. Took a few minutes once home and on WiFi to sync through but updated no problems.0
