Dates when Galibier, Izoard, Agnel and others are only open for cyclists this summer

Here are the dates for when the Cols are reserved only for cyclists down in our part of the world - Hautes Alpes.
We've had crazy amounts of snow this year and I think the Galibier and Izoard will not open till the end of the month.
If you need advise on where to stay etc if thinking of coming out then drop me a message etc
