Front wheel leaning on disc side when braking

I find when braking using the front discs, the wheel seems to lean to the left which is worrying me. I suspect the same is happening in the rear wheel as well but to a lesser extent.

What could be causing this and should I worry about it?

It may be relevant as it almost always has been: I'm also pretty heavy at ~110kg

    Weight will have some effect.

I'd be looking at spoke tension and ensuring the axel was tight.

Make sure the axle is tight, the reaction force from the disc brake is downwards (as the disc moves up through the caliper) so if the axle is loose it will force it to drop in the dropout on that side which will rock the top of the wheel to the left.

Even if the axle isn’t loose, any play in the system (wheel bearings are another common one) will have the same effect.
