46cm c-to-c alloy drop bar with internal routing?

I'm building up a Kinesis Tripster AT. Parts are coming from a previous bike, including DI2. I've gone with R8070 shifters and brakes and I'd like to run them internally if possible.
I can't find any handlebars that are 46cm c-to-c with internal routing. I think I've been pretty thorough in my searching and I am in part posting this so future searchers will find this post. Does anyone know of any 46cm wide handlebars with internal routing?
Deda makes some that are called 46cm but are measured from the outside of the bars and therefore are closer to 44cm.
My previous bike had Fizik Cyrano R3 Bull 46cm. If there are not any other suitable bars then I will stick with the Cyrano R3 as they are very comfortable. I'll be building up a carbon-frame SL4 Roubaix disc at some point this year too and I am leaning towards the Cyrano R1 or R00 models.
