Sram shifter ratchet wheel

I have sram red shifters and on the right one the ratchet wheel has fatigued meaning the pawl has nothing to grip so the shifter skips over gears. I've tried to source a replacement ratchet wheel with no luck. I don't want to bin the shifter as it is the yellow limited edition tour version. I know others have had similar issues in the past, I'd be grateful to hear if anyone managed to get hold of a ratchet wheel or if anyone has a donor shifter selling for parts? I'm watching a few on eBay but don't really want to pay for a pair of shifters when I only need a specific part.
