    Third rate expats able to throw their weight around hiding behind their Saudi sponsors is a downer for business.

    Dubai is super fun if you're relatively young. For all his faults, Vtech was spot on about that.

    It doesn't matter how much you say or think you dislike gaudy, flashy, OTT displays of wealth (of which there are some, but its not nearly as bad as you think), getting pickled with good mates in the sunshine is ALWAYS fun. And the water parks are insane. The most terrifying rides I've ever been on.
