Going to pull the trigger on a power2max NG eco for my cannondale, currently has a 50/34 with 11-28 and 11-25 spare.

Going to get the praxis rings also but unsure whether to go 52/36 or 50/34 as I am going to start racing next month, but it is fairly hilly around where I live! Assume already I wouldn't need 130 BCD.

Thanks

What do you want to know about the P2M; whether you need a 110 or 130BCD with 52/36? 110.
I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.

Was whether a 52/36 or 50/34 would be a better allrounder, but yeah ruled out 130BCD for sure now. Any experience with praxis rings also?

Sorry no, I use Q rings in 50/36 with 11/28. I'll never make full use of 50/11 and the reduced drop of 50/36 makes front changes smoother.

Only you can answer whether you would be happy losing your 34x28 - really depends on what you need. 36x28 would be the equivalent of about 34x26, so you would lose the lowest climbing gear you have now.

I see I see, I get you. Cheers for that, probably don't need that gear most of the time
