Gear cables

I'm looking to put some new gear cables on my winter bike and after some advice about which to go for.
The bike is running 5800 105. The current cables have given 3 winters worth of service but are now getting decidely sticky.
The bike has mechanical discs so I'll be getting some compressionless cables for the brakes.
So for the gears do I go Shimano stainless...

Or the 105 branded Optislick ones...

Or get the Ultegra polymer ones?

Or something else?

I put jagwires in mine a few weeks ago and find them great, more colour options for the outers and much prefer their version of the cable end cap thingies.0

I'm definitely going to go Jagwire Compressionless for the brakes but not sure if they'd be worth the extra for the gears. I only need black ones so the colour options aren't necessary for me.0
