1997 Dawes new wheelset

Hello. I have a 97 dawes galaxy that needs new wheels. I like the idea of building my own but with my experience (none) and budget (£150) I think I might be better off buying a set. That being said I've a road frame that I want to build up at some point that will also need a wheelset. But back to the dawes, it's about 15kg and I'd like to make it a little lighter. I'm about 65kg and I don't tent to load with with much more then 10kg from time to time. If anyone has any suggestions or advice on to buy or build on a small budget it would be appreciated.

    Try Spa Cycles for a budget touring wheel build or buy the parts to build set e.g. Tiagra hubs, Exal rims and ACI spokes should meet your budget.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
