Does that mean I'm a right git who doesn't deserve a holiday? Off to shiver in sideways rain, though I might get to perve surreptitiously at a runnist's butt, ooh, and feast on pasties and clotted cream.
I'm definitely in the wrong job though. Fcken Seychelles.0 -

No - I wasn't showing them: they were showing me. It was fckning surreal. Like a parallel universe.
The 30 minutes on paper cuts also messed with my head.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Pies, ale, cream teas and a quick snog with a runningest girl in the rain? Doesn't sound too bad really.
Imagine if it was Lucy Worsley.
Imagine Lucy Worsley in the Seychelles.
Imagine Lucy Worsley in the Seychelles in a lab coat. Now you're talking.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Heh heh! Yup, it'll not be too bad. Better than working, despite the deaf old boots ranting on about how expensive everything is. Right. Alarm set for 5.20. Will provide updates on snacks and pertness of butts. Oh, and I'm going surfing.0

As an aside, I am thinking of only addressing myself in the third person - i.e. it is no longer "I am going to the Seychelles" but Lumatt - the combination, obviously of Lucy and Matt - that is going to the Seychelles.
I think it may work.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am
