8 out in front, including Gaudin and Nelson Olivera
A few crashes early on but one caused a big split, catching out Astana and some idiot (my) PTP pick Vanmarcke
93km to go, 2.30 to first bunch, 3.50 to second

Quick Step smashing it on front of chase peloton: down to 1:47 with 82km to go. 2nd peloton @ 2:420

2nd Bunch with a lot of teams interested in bringing it back I feel. Not sure QS are making the right move here0
-
If I were Sagan I'd be pretty happy so far. A lot of other teams domestiques being used up pretty early on, last 40km should be wide open0

I love these tiny roads, its a wonder more spectators dont get biffed0
-
This gap has settled at a minute.
Surprised Sky are sitting quietly in group 2, given they only have Golas up ahead."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
Wouldn't be a spring classic breakaway without young Damian.0

Young Damian, who's contribution to the world of smooth pedalling mirrors Kirby's contribution to good commentary0 -
Quick step doing what they do and closing the gap quite quickly cobbled climb splits everyone behind them0

As home ill. Watching E3 is cheaper than playing on ebay.
Who is the QS rider with the wide shoulders? Shouldn't be allowed on these narrow tracks.Half man, Half bike0 -
Chaos on Taainberg as Aqua Blue car appears to have stalled0

Terpstra and Lampaert off the leash, chased by Benoot and Sagan plus various QS hangers on
Sagan has Oss in group two0 -
-
The gap goes out to terpstras group0

Small roads, middle of agriculture, if it were Cheshire, they'd be pedal high in sh it, Belgian farmers seem to care.0

Sagan chasing the group0

Some firepower now in the chase of 5 riders. Benoot, Gilbert, Sagan, Stybar, van Avermaet0

Sagan dropped Stybar, GvA and Benoot?0

Dare I say it's all over?0
-
I'd say that a Quickstep rider will win. That's all I'm willing to attempt to predict at the moment, 55km more of this0
-
Luke Durbridge, Turbo Durbo, having a ride. Looks pretty engaged0
-
Sagan doesn't look great.
Couldn't follow Gilbert who's chasing after a GvA, who's a lot stronger in a 2 or 3 up than he is solo....0
