Cheap Singlespeed

Has anyone got any experience of the below from SportsDirect:

Seems like good value for a cheap foray into whether a singlespeed would work for my commute? (Even if it only lasts one summer).

    Or just make one if you just want a single speeder and not a fixie. It’ll cost as much/little as your ingenuity and scrounging skills.
