I'm running ultegra 6700 10 speed and need a new rear mech and cassette.

Is tiagra 4800 compatible ? Cable pull should be the same???

    If you mean a RD-4600 then yes, you can also use a RD-5700, same with the CS-4600/5700 cassettes, you don't need a spacer with the CS-4600 cassette as it is built into the back of the block.
