H2 Gear any good?

H2 Gear appear to have some decent deals on their website but Trust Pilot Reviews are not so good. Seems that items are not always in stock. Any real works experiences from you guys buying bikes from them?

    I thought they were amazing as I ordered a bargain endura rain jacket at 8am and by 11am it was at my desk. I was maybe lucky as it was couriered direct from their Giant shop in London (and it was free delivery IIRC)

    I ordered a heavily discounted Giant from them last year. They look a long time to deliver it, and initially sent it to the wrong customer! I got the impression that they were busier than they could handle. Would consider ordering a bike from them again if there was enough discount and I had spoken to someone there to confirm it was actually in stock.
