£1750 disc brake bike

Hi all
Looking for hydraulic disc brake bike options in the region of £1750.
Not sure there is much out there that would come with the Ultegra level brakes, but I don’t want the Shimano versions below that l, with the massive hoods. So Ultegra level or need to be Sram/Campag.
Don’t want a “gravel” or cyclocross bike, just a regular road bike - race or endurance, not overly fussed.
Will be mainly 50m hilly club runs and shorter outings.
Anyone seen good options?
54 frame.

H2GEAR have the Specialized 2017 Tarmac Comp Disc at £1450 in a 54cm frame and this seems to tick all your boxes - https://www.h2gear.co.uk/125782/products/specialized-2017-tarmac-comp-disc.aspx
Or for £200 more they have the 2017 Specialized Tarmac Expert Disc - https://www.h2gear.co.uk/125784/products/2017-specialized-tarmac-expert-disc.aspx - Update: Now Sold Out.
Or Merlin have the Sensa Trentino Endura Ultegra Disc Road Bike for £1379 - https://www.merlincycles.com/sensa-trentino-endura-ultegra-disc-road-bike-2017-97011.html0 -
Cheers. Seen the supersix for £1500 actually which has been tempting me. Also been offered a 2016 Focus Izalco Max Dura Ace Mix Disc for £1800 which is what I’m trying to compare against.
The supersix disc is pretty heavy I thought, doesn’t seem any lighter than the CAAD12. Alsobhad a CAAD 10 disc so fancy a change from Cannondale.
The Canyon is pretty great value for that spec in a new model year and looks really nice. Not thought of that one - cheers
Good spot on the Tatmac too, that’s a great deal!0 -
The Six is heavy because it has heavy wheels. That's a factor to, umm, factor in!
The Canyon has a very good set of wheels. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Giant TCR Advanced 1 disc? Bit more than your budget but a great bike...0

I’ve a Synapse with 105. Honestly can’t tell the difference between 105 and Ultegra on the road.0

Those tarmac deals are awesome0

JE James have a caad12 Ultegra for £1430 in your size.
Spend your remaining budget on some Hunt wheels - £299 for mason x Hunt 4 seasons or £399 on the aero lites. Will be a pretty quick bike then.0 -
This looks like a bargain to me:

Some other good deals in their shop-soiled section0 -

Yeah that’s where they have the 1500 supersix Ultegra. Some very cheap deals in that shop soiled section without much explanation on any issues.
Assuming they are stopping stocking Cannondale. It’s a local shop I’ve bought from before but can’t say it was a great experience. But it is cheap!0 -
Cheers for the help everyone. Despite some food for thought and options I’d not seen before I decided the Focus Izalco Max Dura Ace Mix deal I had been offered was too good to turn down, despite it being a 2016 bike. It had some mega reviews at full price so at nearly half it should be a bargain hopefully!
Was tempted on the Canyon Endurace ARL8 though with the new Ultegra, but I’d have wanted to go to the Carbon version for a change, which was just too much.0 -

If you do a lot of hills, you couldn't buy anything better at that price in my opinion. Makes bugger all differance it's a 2016 bike.0 -
You've made a great choice! I've been really impressed with my 2017 izalco max disc di2. Amazing how a bike can be so light, stiff and comfortable all at the same time. And at the price you've got it for, incredible value!0
