Worn Out Jockey Wheels - Campag Gran Sport Nuovo

Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has any advice on locating some replacement jockey wheels (10 teeth work) on my campagnolo gran sport nuovo rear derailleur.
It's on my old Raleigh Record Ace
Not sure if any of the new campag or universal jockey wheels would fit (unlikely).
I've got measurements of the old jockey wheels if needed.
