New drivetrain resistance

I've replaced the chainrings, cassette and chain (Dura Ace) on the best bike, ready for spring (when it finally arrives).
However, when I back-pedal by hand when the bike on the stand (rear wheel still attached), there seems to be a bit more resistance than my winter bike's drivetrain (not a lot, but noticeable)
Has anyone come across this before when changing drivetrains? Is it simply that it needs to 'bed in'? Or should I be looking at changing the BB?

I tend to pedal forward only ?
Take the chain off the chainset and spin it and see if that spins freely. If it does, then you're good to go.0 -
Ooooh - get you with your pedalling forwards marginal gain
Seems obvious now you say it - thanks!0
