Anybody got an Ashmei Ultimate Softshell? Would appreciate any thoughts/feedback on performance especially warmth and breathability - good and bad. Thanks

    I have one of these. Purchased late last year as a collaboration through FB Outcast Cyclists.

    So far this year it has been my go to top. I've worn it every weekend so far as it seems to work well in holding back the wind, but with a light layer underneath is more than adequate in freezing conditions.

    The true test was when I wore it to the Meon Vale sportive and we experienced cold, then sun, then rain, then hail, some more sun and some wind! All the time I felt pretty comfortable so I would say it did it all for me.

    Hope this helps. It's quite a costly piece of kit, but so far I feel like I'm really getting the value from it.
