Sram internal hub brake cables

I am looking for front and rear brake cables and fittings (see pics linked below) to fit Sram internal gear hubs with drum brakes. It's for a Pashley I am restoring. I have tried emailing SJS cycles a a few other shops already, I was just wondering if anyone knows where I could get them?
