I'm looking to set-up some weekly turbo training sessions for my club.
Not all those attending are likely to have the benefit cadence/HRM readings via a Garmin etc. but any ideas/programmes would be appreciated as I'm sure others will have successfully run such sessions before.
Thanks

We've done a couple of virtual group rides on Zwift using Discord for comms on a private channel. It was ok, but unless the group is disciplined, you'll get riders just do their own thing instead of sticking together or to the program.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0

You could base them off the GCN training videos on youtube where you go by your rate of perceived exertion (1-10)?
Throw in some sprints, climbing drills, longer intervals. It would be good motivation training with others.0
