Does anybody replace bearings or just knock the cups out too

    Only replaced mine once - used Wheels Manufacturing replacement. Smooth and creak-free since....
    FFS! Harden up and grow a pair :D

    yes Ive looked at those, ive never suffered from creak in any BB30 or PF30 bike though. Ive always built them up myself this is only the second BB/PF30 ive had to replace. The other was in BB30 and i pushed a threaded insert in so i could use a standard shimano BB.
