SRAM Force CX1 options / deals

I'm slowly building a gravel bike with SRAM Force 1x11, Flat mount discs.
It's proving v hard to find the correct shifter combo at a good price.
I need a Left hand brake (no shifter) with rear calliper and a Right hand brake with 11 speed shifting and front calliper.
The best deal I've found is this: https://www.merlincycles.com/sram-force ... 06754.html
This is actually Force 22 - I take it i could just not wire the left shifter.
The other option is to order the brakes in the non UK configuration (can I undo the hydraulic cables and convert back to UK convention) - Rear brake on left lever.
Thanks in advance.

You can remove the shifter lever too, I think. That's all SRAM do anyway. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

What gearing are you going for?
I have 40t with 11-32. It's ok for CX, commuting, second bike, winter etc.
But I reckon I could easily live with 1x on a summer bike a la the 3T thing. 50 with 11-36 seems a bit low for climbing serious hills, but 46/48 with 11/36 would be excellent. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

44 with 11-36. Primarily a hardy commuter with gravel potential. My commuter currently has 50/34 with 11-27. Changing chain rings is about £60 if I get it wrong. I spent quite a while on the gear calculator.0

Yeah, I used to have that same setup and it's absolutely fine. Never got left behind on the club run. In fact, club runs with 1x when I was on Schwalbe G-One 38c at the front and caning it past the others was often hilarious. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

I’m running 44T 11/28T on my CX bike, have an 11/30 on the knobbly wheels.
It’s fine for pretty much everything.
But I’m happy climbing box hill in 53/25, so may not be for all.0
