Ultegra Di2 changing cassettee

I have an Ultegra Di2 R8070 and I want to use 2 different cassette sizes. I have an 11-32T on my turbo and an 11-30T on my bike (both 11 speed). Do I have to tell Di2 about the different cassette each time I move from road to turbo or is that configuration for nothing more than reporting sprocket sizes to a Garmin?

    Forgot to mention I DONT use full synch mode where I realise it needs to know. I use semi sync so it doesn't have to make change judgements.

    If you're not using full sync mode, then no. Its merely so the unit can work out the ratio combinations and change your chainline to the best combination for your gear selection. In other words, if you're going too far down the gears whilst on the big ring, the front would automatically drop to the inner ring and shift back up the cassette a couple of gears to match the ratio.
