Just arrived yesterday. I spent hours swapping the bars, wheels etc to get it just right. Still waiting on the Fizik Arione (to match all the other bikes & my arse). Took it out to get a few pics this afternoon

Lovely! But, how fast did you run to take that picture fearing that the stick might give way!My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

Facebook? No. Just say no.0 -
Very, very nice0

A long rear derailleur and 30something tooth sprocket look very out of place on an aerobike.0

Thanks guys
It is indeed very anarajado!
It sat on that stick for about 10 mins - I was very impressed, and a little bit scared.
GS Mech & 11-34 - I kind of agree with you, but physics unfortunately trumps aesthetics in getting me up my local Yorkshire hills. However at the moment the trend is definately that there is getting less of me. So the SS mech might go back on with less of a dinner plate in due course.0 -
Smashing orangey goodness !0
-
Yes, I like that.
Did you use the customised colour selection tool?0 -
I like that a lot....cracking photos too0
-
Thanks again.
Its stock colors. The custom option is great fun, and no extra cost. But the delivery time was a lot worse when i ordeed, and I loved the orange anyway
re the pics: yes, I am a far better photographer than cyclist!0 -
looks great, as someone that uses a 30 tooth rear, with a 38 tooth inner ring there is nothing wrong with having the right gears for your terrain!0

Very nice, bright colours look great too.
As far as a big cassette goes, I've got an 11-34 on my bike and I've never once thought it looked strange & it's an aero bike..
My girlfriend's dad's bike however...
He's running an 11-42, on a Time fluidity 2, not an aero bike as such, but boy does it look out of place on a road bike.0 -
very nice looking bike0

gets older people up mountains, out on their bikes and enjoying all that cycling has to offer. Theres no point looking cool and getting a heart attack or being unable to walk the day after.
I must be getting older0 -
It's a small world Phil. I saw that lovely bike at the riverside cafe at Naburn. I had a brief chat to you. I was with my Mrs and my two dogs.0
