Cyclehoop vs Asgard

My council is consulting on the installation of a secure cycle parking facility in my street. https://consultations.wearecamden.org/supporting-communities/secure-cycle-parking-units-gloucester-avenue/. There's a choice between an Asgard or a Cyclehoop facility. My thoughts are:
1. The Cyclehoop looks like it might let quite a bit of rain through the grill on the end which would not be good for my bikes.
2. The Cyclehoop opens up vertically. That looks like it could be quite a problem if it's windy. I think, but I'm not sure, that the Asgard opens out like normal doors, to the side. So that looks better to me.
3. Clearly you still want to lock your bike while it's in either unit. There's some sort of frame inside each unit to which to do so. But does this have to be to the front wheel, or can you lock your bike to the frame? Is it difficult to do this if you are putting your bike between two others that are already locked in place?
Can anyone offer any guidance to help me decide which model to ask for?
Thanks
