Stolen Cannondale Caffeine F4 in Ludlow

Hi all, my bike was stolen on December 4th 2017, I was attacked while riding to work at 5:50am the thief attacked me knocking me from my bike then riding off on it leaving me lying in the road with a broken pelvis. The bikes details,
Cannondale Caffeine F4 2009 Hardtail, frame No:U039011 in white
Rockshox Tora forks.
Kore bars, PZ racing carbon stem, Shimano Altus M355 brakes, Sram X5 shifters., X9 rear mech.
SDG saddle on a PZ racing carbon seat post.
Mach One front rim, Mavic 317 rear rim with Schwalbe city slicker tyres.
Electron twin front LED lights Cateye LED rear.
