I don’t post a lot on forums but I’m wondering if you guys can help. A mate and I are going to tackle a big ride this April, which was inspired by the Joe and Tom of BikeRadar. It’s a ride that’s been on my to-do list for a while. Wales is such an amazing place to ride. Really enjoyed riding the Trans Cambrian Way -http://imba.org.uk/where-to-ride/trans-cambrian-way/ with my wife and friends in 2016. It’s some of the best riding and scenery I’ve seen on a ride, even though I’ve ridden in the French and Austrian Alps previously. Starting in Conwy, North Wales and finishing in Port Talbot in the south we will get to see a good chunk of the Welsh landscape. We are aiming to finish it in two long days with an overnight stop near to Aberystwyth.

As this will be a tough and memorable challenge we are raising money and awareness for Parkinson’s UK. My late father suffered with Parkinson’s and so I share a personal connection to this charity. I have set a target of £1000 on my Just Giving page - https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/tim-bickham2, which I would really love to achieve. If you can share this page on your networks and anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated. Also more details on our ride can be found on this blog - https://uwesport.wordpress.com/2018/02/12/tim-vs-wales/
