Oil nipple-rim interface with carbon rims?

Up to now I've only built wheels using aluminium rims, and on those, after spoking the wheel but before tensioning, I apply a small drop of oil where each nipple meets the rim. Should the nipple-rim interface on carbon rims also be lubricated, and if so with what? Doing a Google search finds conflicting opinions on the matter.
