Slamming stem

Hi,

I have a Supersix evo, 2016 model, that id like to drop the stem on.

There is a 30 mm conical spacer at the bottom, can this be removed so i can drop the stem fully? What would i replace it with?

There is usually a 2mm spacer under the conical spacer
