Winter weeks in Spain?

Hello
next winter we HOPE that we can go to Spain for around 3 to 4 weeks if funds allow. All of Feb is the plan. Where is a good place for being able to ride in the hills, or mountains, that also has a good network of quieter roads?
Any pointers greatly appreciated

    Not one of the usual recommendations like Calpe or Mallorca but google Aspe or Novelda whch are about 25 minutes from Alicante airport. Great variety of roads in the area. Very quiet and pretty cheap.

    If you want really quiet costa del azahar lots of mountains and areas all quiet, or granada would be lovely.

    Don’t forget your long sleeve jerseys and at least leg warmers, it does feel cold here in winter.
