I have a nice Airborne Valkyrie titanium frame that I would like to put some new forks in that have the ability to take 28mm tyres, needs to be 1 1/8” straight steerer, any recommendations.

Have a look at Seven Cycles 5E carbon fork. Fits your specs, but not cheap!
