Hi Guys and Girls,
I have £2000 pounds for a new areo race bike, my old one was stolen, and so need to replace it for the new season ahead. I used to have a Kouta Kharma 2014 Evo with full ultegra.
I have been looking online and found that Ribble do the Areo 883 with full Ultegra and Mavic Cosmic Elite wheels for 2.1k.
I would like to know if anyone has any first hand experience with this frame?
Secondly, if I went with this frame. Should I spend more money on the Ultegra and get Di2 at the expense of the wheels. Or go with 105’s and get better wheel?
Hope this all make sense.
Any help regarding any these would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I viewed one in their showroom and looked such a nice frame I have wanted one ever since.
I also know a few Very happy R872 Ribble owners so no reason the 883 should be any different.
I would go with Ultegra.
Going with 105 will just make you want to upgrade to Ultegra a few months down the line when you realise how nice the bike is.
Di2 you can live without.0
