Hey guys,
What is my best way of selling a road bike?

I've got a Moda Stretto.
I've tried Ebay and Fb selling pages with no luck.
I know its wrong time of the year but ive been trying for a while

Yeah I will give it a shot once I've posted enough to abide by its rules.
I thought i was being realistic as its quite a lot cheaper than i paid for it.
    Thank you

It should be as it's second hand. Try half what you paid.

Selling a bike is a depressing experience. The above statement is pretty much how it is. I've given up selling complete bikes and usually strip them down and sell parts individually. Recently sold my campag chorus infinito. The campag parts had huge demand and the frame sold pretty quickly too.
The prices I was being offered for the complete bike were abysmal compared to what I paid, but it's a buyers market and you won't get anywhere near what you think it's worth.
