BMC Teammachine SLR02 internal routing

As the title implies, I'm trying to find out if it's possible to set up an SLR02 with internal routing. I seem to recall that early reviews suggested they could be (it does have a couple of holes on the frame for internal routing the front derailleur), but wondered if anyone else had done it?
There's a couple of reasons for this; the first is that I'm thinking of updating the groupset to the new ultegra. The other is that I've a new watch and the buckle seems to snag on the rear brake cable when I reach down to grab a drink.
Any help is appreciated.

Trying to figure out the same. By the way, I have the same frame and the problem is with the rear brake.
