Not heard of this before, but I'm sure others have.

https://www.quarq.com/shockwiz/

Saw that the shop at Llandegla offer a service of Shockwiz loan for a days riding to help with tuning forks etc. Wondered if anyone had used one and found any useful info out as a result?

We have one in our club, will ask those who've used it to see what they thought of it.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
  • I had two (one for forks, one for shocks, so I could tune both at the same time)

Really good, makes good suggestions of what to change and helps you see changes and relate them to what you were feeling. Great for getting a baseline setting too.

Works better the more adjustable your fork/shock is, obvs.
