What is the difference between DT Swiss 1700 spline one and two

Which is superior DT Swiss E 1700 Spline ONE or DT Swiss E 1700 Spline Two2 version. It's not clear from what I can find, but I think the two is the lesser (i.e. cheaper / lower spec version)?

    I did notice that on some sites, but a review I found seemed to suggest the the two was inferior to the one.

    Reasons I asked, my new and first full suss was listed as having the Ones, but it's come with Twos.
