Does anyone know if there is a front road hub available that is 15mm thru axel that will also be compatible with 12mm thru axel with adapters

Appreciate its not quite the answer to your question, but Ison Distribution sell a 15-12mm adapter.
I use one on my Thule roof rack thingy.
Should mean you can use any 15mm hub as long as it's the right width.Condor Super Acciaio, Record, Deda, Pacentis.
