Cheap Bike Courier

I know this has been posted in the past and I've been satisfied with my experiences in the past using Parcelforce via www.senditnow.co.uk where I've been able to courier a bike for £13.30 throughout the UK. This has been quick to book and I've never had to worry about listing box dimensions etc.
Unfortunately they've recently changed their prices it seems and the same service now costs in excess of £30. Have used cyclesent.co.uk with success but they are also £35 or so.
Anybody got any good recommendations with ease of booking for around £20-£25 mark.
